Online Notarization

As a Florida Commissioned Remote Online Notary (RON) your notarization can be done at your home without having the notary come to your home. The RON services can be conveniently set up by uploading your paperwork to be notarized and setting up a time to meet your notary remotely right from your computer. (A video camera on your computer is necessary for this service) This is done through a third party online notarization provider and has a set fee of $25 for one notarization and $5 for each additional notarization. You can send me your email information and I will set up an appointment with you to notarize your document from the comfort of your home.

Mobil Notary

You pick the place and the notary will be there. This fee is set up by distance from 34638 zip code

6-10 miles is $30

11-15 miles is $35

16-20 miles is $40

above 21 miles please call

Notary Signing Agent

As an NNA certified Notary Signing Agent I can also perform your loan signings. Having 7 years experience, with many different types of loan signings. Weather it is a home or business purchase or if your just refinancing your home, you can be rest assured it will be done safely and efficiently. Rates are set by distance to travel and type of loan documents required at signing. All refinance, new home, VA and Power of Attorney loans can be performed

About Your Notary

My name is John J Bowden, I am a commissioned online notary and NNA certified Notary Signing Agent in the state of Florida. I have an MBA in Healthcare Administration , and work full time in one of Tampa Bays premier healthcare facilities. Starting my career in healthcare over 28 years ago in New York, I decided to move to Florida in 2004 . In 2013 , I realized most hospitals don’t have notaries readily available to assist their patients and their families (power of attorney is very important in healthcare) . This is when I decided that becoming a notary was what I needed to do . After doing this for sometime I began to realize that a notaries ultimate responsibility is to help others. That is what motivated me to also become a Notary Signing Agent , certified by the NNA. Over the last several years as a Notary signing agent, I have gained invaluable experience in performing all sorts of loan signings including new home, refinance, VA and power of attorney signings, in particular.
